Dubai City Tour
Half Day |
A fascinating historical excursion and orientation tour of the city. We will pass the beautiful flamingo lagoon. Then our route takes us to Nad Al Sheba - home of the famous camel & horse race track. After we drive through Jumeirah and all its popular hotels until we reach the magnificent Jumeirah Mosque which shows the beauty of Islamic architecture (the mosque can only be visited on Thursday and Sunday at 10:00 hrs with a prior reservation). We move on to the Bastakiya area, where we stop for a while to admire the old wind-tower houses built by wealthy merchants. Close by, stands the 150-year old Al Fahidi Fort, which now houses the Dubai Museum. Here the Dubai Museum records the city's past as an important pearl diving and trading centre. We continue our journey by Abra (only for groups) - a local water taxi which had survived over the centuries and which will bring us to the spice and gold souk. The spice trade gives the city its special oriental atmosphere and the famous gold souk will be a pleasure for your eyes.

Shopping Tour
|
All over the city you can find huge modern Shopping Malls…but most probably the goods that you can buy there you will also get in your country. We want to give you a more oriental and foreign feeling during your shopping's and therefore we will guide you to the hidden heaven of shopping. On this tour you can find out more about the local products and about the local manner of shopping.
Your tour will bring you to the Spice Souk, where you can learn about the ingredients of the local cooking. Your next stop is a feast for the eyes and even if you don't buy anything, you will enjoy the outlets of the Gold Souk. Your next stop in a perfume shop will delight all your senses and you will have the chance to try the expensive hand-made fragrances that the local women are using. In the same area you can find lot of small shops selling cheap cloth, souvenirs and electronic items.
The next program point is not such a pleasure for your nose - but you will learn a lot about the local sealife at your visit to the fish market. Last but not least we will finish our shopping journey in the modern century and will drop you off in a modern mall of your desire.

Sharjah / Ajman City Tour

This tour will introduce you to the Emirate of Sharjah, also known as the 'City of Culture'. In this emirate, one of the landmarks to photographers is the King Faisal Mosque, currently the largest mosque in the Emirates. We continue then to the renovated Fort of Sharjah, which was originally built in 1820 and used to be the Residence of the ruling family. The Al Naboodah House, the museum for cultural heritage is the next place to see. This district is also known as the museum area. In the Islamic Museum you will have an interesting introduction in all aspects of the Islamic culture. A quick stroll to the adjacent souks of 'Al Arsa' and to the 'Majarrah Souk' will take you to our next venue which is the souk 'Al Markazi' - a treasure chest full of carpets, jewellery and handicrafts. Here you will certainly find your right souvenir.
After a short stop for shopping at the Gold Centre, our tour continues to the Emirate of Ajman and its famous historical museum. Here you will have a short briefing with excellent displays about the Emirates past before the oil was discovered. Visit the old Dhow-building yard and see how these Dhows (wooden sailing boats) are still built today in the tradition of the past. This concludes our tour before heading back to Dubai.

Al Ain City Tour

Located 140 kilometres from Dubai at the foot of the mountains, the historical city of Al Ain is known for its modern charms mixed with the lush, green beauty of public parks, gardens and wide boulevards. Also known as the 'Garden City', Al Ain is one of the most important agricultural centres & archaeological sites of the Emirates as well as an university town.
On this half-day tour we will first visit the nation's largest museum located within the walls of Al Jahili Fort, where displays from archaeological excavations in Jebel Hafeet are exhibited. Next stop is at the famous camel market with its busy atmosphere. We continue then to the nearby Buraimi Oasis in Omani territory.
Your lunch will be served high above the city, in the mountain hotel of Jebel Hafeet. From there you will have a spectacular view over the whole Al Ain area. Afterwards we drive back to Dubai, but before you can take a swim in hot springs. |

Abu Dhabi City Tour

A full-day tour to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, which is situated about 170 kilometres south-west of Dubai.The first landmark on the way before reaching the city of Abu Dhabi is the Jebel Ali Port, the biggest man-made port in the world.
Many of the city's striking examples of modern architecture show fascinating interpretations of Islamic themes captured in today's materials. Learn everything about the oil- the so called 'black gold' - and how it has transformed Abu Dhabi into the wealthy city of today. A reminder of the historical past is the renovated Al Husn Palace - now home of the Centre for Documentation and Research.
A drive along the beautiful Corniche gives a magnificent view of the city. The last stop will be at the Dhow Yard, where wooden ships are still built using simple tools. Dessert Safari |
A trip to the desert offers you a real adventure into the magnificent landscape of the unique sands of Arabia. This safari tour takes you right into the heart of the desert, where you experience the excitement of a roller-coaster tour down the astonishing high dunes. A stop for a breathtaking view of the endless desert will give you an opportunity to watch the sun-set over this tranquil scenery.
Afterwards we reach the Al Shamsi Bedouin Village where you can board on the 'ship of the desert ' and where you will enjoy the contrasts of a desert night. Here you will get an unique insight into the traditional life of the Bedouins. Dress yourself in the traditional Arabic dress, enjoy the freshly made Arabic sweets, try the 'hubbly-bubbly' and the henna painting and learn about the important role that falcons are playing here in the local life… and if you had enough activities just laze around on the carpeted ground or wander around the camp and enjoy the silence of the desert. |

Overnight Safari

The first part of this tour is equal to our normal desert safari. However, instead of coming back to Dubai at the same day, you will stay the whole night in our desert camp. The silence and the breathtaking brightness of the stars is a big contrast to the crowded city. So just enjoy this oasis and choose your site to sleep… either in one of our traditional Bedouin houses or right under the million of stars.
Sleeping bags and blankets will be provided. The following day breakfast will be served before coming back to Dubai.

East Coast Tour

This unexplored jewel of Arabia is a destination waiting to be discovered. The Hajar Mountains are rising majestically on the way east and you will see valleys running down to the sea. All the way you can spot ancient forts and castles and little palm groves, which are spending shadow to the cattle.
This full-day tour starts with a visit to the Friday Market situated on the main road to the town of Fujairah, where you will find traditional items including potteries and carpets. Our next stop will be the Bithna Fort, which has been built for protection long time ago.
Our trip will continue to Fujairah Heritage Village, which portrays the traditional life of the people of the Emirates. Exhibits include traditional houses, cooking utensils, farming tools and other items as well as the Al Yazrah system used for irrigating fields.
After a visit to the Ain Al Madhab Gardens, you will have a short lunch break at one of the beach hotels. Afterwards we head off to the scenic fishing village of Dibba. Along the way, we will stop at the Badiya Mosque, UAE's oldest place of worship. It is also known as the 'Ottoman Mosque", which shows an unique design with four small domes held up by a massive central pillar. Climb the hill to see the two small watchtowers and view the small farms scattered around in a beautiful mountainous scenery.
Now we will either head back to Dubai on the direct road or we will take the longer route through the impressive high mountains and coming back over the northern emirates.
Do note that snorkeling or diving around Dibba rock can be arranged at this tour as well!

Hatta Trek w/ lunch

This half-day tour takes us to the 200 year old village of Hatta - which is located in the rough Hajar Mountains. After an early departure by 4X4 vehicles, we proceed along the road until we reach the mountains. There you will have an adventurous drive through the rocky landscape. An hour or so of rough driving can be rewarded by scenes of great and unexpected beauty as we pass big and small Wadis and we cross lush landscape, which is surrounding the small settlements and villages deep in the mountains.
We will explore the Wadis and dry river beds, which are flooded after winter rains from the Hajar Mountains. A swim in one of those Wadis will give you a nice refreshment in the winter month. Later you can take a visit to the restored 16th century Hatta Fort, before getting your lunch. On the way back to Dubai we stop at one of those popular street markets, where you can find local carpets and potteries. |

Hatta Al Ain Combinations |
On this tour you will also get to know to all the sights of the Hatta area. You will then drive through the Mahada area, where you can see old traditional houses along the road until we reach the ancient Buraimi oasis. Without passing any border you are now in the territory of Oman.
You then proceed your drive to the garden city of Al-Ain, which belongs to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We continue with a detailed visit of the Al-Ain area. The description you can find under the regular Al-Ain half-day tour.
After the Al-Ain sightseeing tour either we go back to Dubai or you can enjoy an unforgettable dinner on the Jebel Hafeet. You will eat in a beautiful mountain hotel, from where you will have a wonderful view over the Al-Ain area. After the dinner you will see the illuminated city from above, before driving back to Dubai. |

Hatta Fujairah Combinations |
On this tour you will first see all the sights of Hatta, which are explained in the Hatta Trek Tour. Afterwards you proceed to the small village of Kalba, which is surrounded by a mangrove forest and you will have a visit to the hot springs of Ain Gaymour. Then the Indian Ocean lies in front of you and you can already smell the salty breeze around you.
You then reach the city of Fujairah, where you will stop at the local museum for a short visit. We then move on to Khor Fakkan, where you will have your delicious lunchbox at the seaside.
Our next stop is the picturesque Al Badiya Mosque, which is one of the oldest mosques in the country. Our last "must-see" for that day is the small coastal village of Dibbah. After the visit there, we drive directly back on the main road to Dubai. We will only stop at the popular Friday market (which is open every day!), where you can buy your original U.A.E. souvenir. |

Our 3 ½ hrs tour will take you to the middle of the desert, where you will see the magnificent golden sand dunes and we will take you for an unique roller-coaster ride. Dhow dinner cruise |
This is a wonderful experience to see the city of Dubai at night from the waterside. On board of an arabic traditional wooden Dhow, you cruise along the Creek while watching the illuminated landmarks of the city. On your journey a delicious dinner will be served, with arabic appetisers, a main course consisting of grilled meat and fish and sweets afterwards.
Your cruise along the Dubai Creek, which lies directly in the heart of the city, is a very relaxing & romantic evening entertainment.
Pick-up time from your hotel is around 19.00 hrs, sailing from 20.30 - 22.30 hrs, after drop back to hotel. Softdrinks are included in the dinner. |
